Quarter Tone Fingerings for Baritone Saxophone

Quarter Tone Fingerings for Baritone Saxophone

You can download my chart by clicking on the picture

Because of the use of the microtones is becoming more and more usual, I decided to do a chart with the most accurate fingerings for the baritone saxophone in terms of intonation and sonority. You will find here different fingerings for all quarter-tone notes from low C#/Db to treble E.

This chart is the continuation of the Altissimo Fingerings with quarter tones, I posted some time ago. I collected the fingerings I used in all my different baritones throughout my career (some of them didn’t have the C5 key or the keys #5 -E- and #6 -D- independents) and compared them in order to check its repercussion on the intonation. You will also find some correction fingerings in brackets.

I hope that you will find it helpful.
